Esta vez por la Ley de lavado de activos, la cual el Parlamento asegura fue vetada fuera de tiempo y algo que el Ejecutivo niega.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la ma\u00f1ana de este lunes 29 de julio, la Asamblea asegur\u00f3 que Daniel Noboa ten\u00eda hasta el 24 de julio para hacer un pronunciamiento respecto a la Ley de lavado de activos, pero esta lleg\u00f3 el 25 de julio, por lo que cualquier objeci\u00f3n \u201cya no ten\u00eda validez por ser extempor\u00e1nea\u201d. Por eso la envi\u00f3 al Registro Oficial para que todo lo reformado ya se empiece a aplicar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre esos cambios consta la designaci\u00f3n del director de la Unidad de An\u00e1lisis Financiero (UAFE), el cual ser\u00e1 elegido por la Asamblea de una terna que env\u00ede el Presidente. Esa reforma hab\u00eda sido objeta parcialmente por inconstitucionalidad, ya que Noboa indica que la designaci\u00f3n del director de la UAFE es una potestad exclusiva del Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Lo hizo el 25 de julio y la Presidencia tambi\u00e9n asegura que fue hecha dentro de los plazos, pues \u201cel proyecto de ley fue recibido el 25 de junio\u201d.
