Se\u00f1alan que la cartera de Estado tiene obligaciones con el IESS desde hace dos a\u00f1os y que en ese tiempo no han podido acceder a beneficios.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Freddy Ramos, profesor del Liceo Naval de Guayaquil, ha intentado desde 2022 obtener un cr\u00e9dito hipotecario para hacer realidad su sue\u00f1o de tener una vivienda propia, pero no ha podido hacerlo porque Educaci\u00f3n no habr\u00eda cancelado el monto que le corresponde. \u201cNo podemos acceder a ning\u00fan tipo de pr\u00e9stamo, ni quirografario ni hipotecario\u201d, mencion\u00f3 el docente a Ecuavisa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed como Ramos, casi un millar de docentes de Guayaquil, Dur\u00e1n y Samborond\u00f3n est\u00e1n perjudicados por esta situaci\u00f3n, pues adem\u00e1s de no poder acceder a pr\u00e9stamos, tampoco les prestan servicios de salud.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00e1s de 1 000 docentes se ven perjudicados por el incumplimiento del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n con el aporte mensual al Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social (IESS).
