M. fue sentenciado a 34 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n porque mat\u00f3 a su esposa con 17 pu\u00f1aladas en Santa Elena. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La v\u00edctima estaba en su domicilio con su hijo de 4 a\u00f1os y el acusado lleg\u00f3 e inici\u00f3 una discusi\u00f3n que prosigui\u00f3 con agresiones f\u00edsicas y verbales contra la mujer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atacandola con 17 pu\u00f1aladas a la mujer y luego intent\u00f3 acabar con su vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal present\u00f3 el testimonio de nueve personas, informes de levantamiento del cad\u00e1ver, entre otras. Adem\u00e1s, deber\u00e1 pagar una multa de 1.000 salarios b\u00e1sicos unificados, 460.000 d\u00f3lares, y 80.000 d\u00f3lares como reparaci\u00f3n integral a los familiares de la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jos\u00e9 Luis G.
