Esta decisi\u00f3n benificiar\u00e1 a los compradores de los departamentos de los Edificios Manta Boulevard,  quienes no recibieron los inmuebles porque fueron afectadas por el terremoto de abril de 2016 y los edificios declarados inhabitables por gesti\u00f3n de Riesgo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La audiencia se tiene prevista en Agosto en la Corte de Justicia de Manab\u00ed luego que  Los afectados presentaron una acci\u00f3n de protecci\u00f3n.
