Tambi\u00e9n han confirmado su presencia la Coordinadora Distrital de Educaci\u00f3n, Diana Pincay, al igual que varios directores de las diferentes Unidades Educativas del hermoso Cant\u00f3n e invitados especiales. Los historiadores de la investigaci\u00f3n tuvieron una duraci\u00f3n de un a\u00f1o para detallar toda la creaci\u00f3n de Tosagua, sus inicios, sus sitios tur\u00edsticos, su agricultura, las empresas que tienen en la actualidad y otras cosas m\u00e1s. Est\u00e1n invitados hoy a partir de las 15h00 al lanzamiento del libro, hay recordar que Tosagua siempre ser\u00e1 grande con el esfuerzo de sus hijos, frase del Dr. Jos\u00e9 Vicente Luque. Un agradecimiento al Alcalde, Rommel Cede\u00f1o por su apoyo constante.
