De esta manera, la organizaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 participar en las elecciones de 2025.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta resoluci\u00f3n de segunda instancia, un grupo de jueces del TCE se\u00f1al\u00f3 que hubo vulneraci\u00f3n de los derechos de la plataforma pol\u00edtica. Construye hab\u00eda apelado una decisi\u00f3n del juez electoral \u00c1ngel Torres, quien determin\u00f3 el 18 de abril la cancelaci\u00f3n del movimiento del registro de organizaciones pol\u00edticas porque supuestamente incurri\u00f3 en una infracci\u00f3n electoral.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSeguimos con m\u00e1s fuerza.
