Esto, debido a que el juez Inga es quien ha dado paso a la examinaci\u00f3n y extracci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n de sus celulares que fueron incautados cuando fue detenido en la Embajada de M\u00e9xico en Quito en abril pasado.
