El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en Nicaragua durante<strong>\u00a0la gira de la obra \u201cPatito Feo\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En mayo del a\u00f1o pasado,\u00a0<strong>Darth\u00e9s fue absuelto por el S\u00e9ptimo Juzgado Penal Federal de S\u00e3o Paulo,<\/strong>\u00a0pero Fardin apel\u00f3 y el actor fue condenado en segunda instancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dos de los tres jueces asegurar\u00f3n que hay las \u00a0<strong>pruebas suficientes para demostrar los hechos relatados por la actriz<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Abogada <strong>Carla<\/strong> Junqueira aclar\u00f3 que\u00a0<strong>la sentencia a\u00fan no est\u00e1 firme y que Darth\u00e9s puede apelar ante el mismo tribunal<\/strong>, ante una tercera instancia.
