Ello provoca prolongados cortes en el suministro de energ\u00eda que superan muchas veces las 10 horas en varias regiones de la isla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incluso Rusia mand\u00f3 crudo a Cuba para mitigar la crisis energ\u00e9tica, pero eso fue solo una soluci\u00f3n parche que no termina de resolver el problema que afecta a la poblaci\u00f3n.
