En su mensaje, argument\u00f3 que Ecuador atraviesa una severa crisis de seguridad, destacando que \u00ablos ciudadanos siguen siendo v\u00edctimas de secuestros, atracos y extorsiones todos los d\u00edas\u00bb. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que no existe un plan claro de seguridad por lo que contin\u00faan las matanzas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n fijo que Ecuador es \u00abel pa\u00eds m\u00e1s violento y con m\u00e1s homicidios de toda Am\u00e9rica\u00bb. Su plan, seg\u00fan dijo, ser\u00e1 \u00abeliminar de la faz de la tierra a criminales, asesinos y violadores\u00bb.
