Seg\u00fan la versi\u00f3n que brind\u00f3 a la Fiscal\u00eda, el detenido y\u00a0su hijo se acostaron en el c\u00e9sped y ella observ\u00f3 el momento en el que Alberto M. comet\u00eda el presunto delito\u00a0contra el\u00a0menor.
