Foto: PRIMICIAS.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente de la Rep\u00fablica Guillermo Lasso firm\u00f3 este martes 4 de julio de 2023 un nuevo decreto ley, con el objetivo de beneficiar a los ciudadanos que tienen coactivas por cr\u00e9ditos educativos. El documento pretende condonar intereses, multas y recargos por cr\u00e9ditos educativos, becas y ayudas econ\u00f3micas que hayan vencido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente Lasso quiere dar paso a las reformas que fueron negadas por la Asamblea Nacional. El decreto ley modificar\u00eda cuatro leyes y permitir\u00eda a los ciudadanos con coactivas en este \u00e1mbito acogerse al beneficio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un evento en Carondelet, las autoridades explicaron que esto mejorar\u00e1 la calificaci\u00f3n crediticia de los beneficiarios y la medida podr\u00e1 ampliarse al deudor principal, su c\u00f3nyuge, hijo dependiente y familiares que padezcan una discapacidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el decreto establece la posibilidad de suscribir un convenio de pago por las deudas estudiantiles de hasta 45 mil d\u00f3lares. Y, si el deudor est\u00e1 en el desempleo, podr\u00e1 acceder a un periodo de gracia de seis meses, sin intereses ni recargos.
