Ha existido\u00a0<strong>\u00abun debilitamiento\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0de las organizaciones que operan en la provincia, por ejemplo,\u00a0<strong>Los Choneros<\/strong>. Por otra parte, explic\u00f3 que Los Pepes, delinqu\u00edan en\u00a0<strong>Huaquillas<\/strong>\u00a0(El Oro), se  extendieron a\u00a0<strong>Manab\u00ed<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que los criminales emigren de una organizaci\u00f3n criminal  a otra es una se\u00f1al del debilitamiento de los grupos criminales, sin embargo, los asesinatos no cesan. Este a\u00f1o se han cometido m\u00e1s de 360 cr\u00edmenes en Manab\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta organizaci\u00f3n criminal no aparece en el decreto de enero pasado del presidente de la Rep\u00fablica,\u00a0<strong>Daniel Noboa<\/strong>, declarando el inicio de un conflicto armado interno en Ecuador.
