Seg\u00fan las indagaciones ellos simulaban operativos en las v\u00edas para retener veh\u00edculos por contravenciones de tr\u00e1nsito.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En coordinaci\u00f3n con propietarios de gr\u00faas, trasladaban los automotores a los patios de retenci\u00f3n vehicular, pero a cambio de dinero, devolv\u00edan los carros sin orden judicial. Los allanamientos se dieron en los cantones Portoviejo, Chone, Pedernales y Bol\u00edvar.
