En un listado de 40 pa\u00edses, Ecuador aparece en el doceavo lugar con el pan de yuca, que si bien tambi\u00e9n tiene presencia en el vecino pa\u00eds, Colombia, es muy consumido en el desayuno y como brunch por los ecuatorianos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este delicioso aperitivo tiene como ingredientes la harina de yuca, queso, huevos, manteca, levadura y sal. Su preparaci\u00f3n no es nada compleja. Lo puedes acompa\u00f1ar de una taza de t\u00e9, caf\u00e9 o chocolate. El pasado diciembre, Ecuador ocup\u00f3 el puesto 48 de las Mejores 100 Cocinas del Mundo.
