class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ellos fueron identificados como Juan Carlos P., alias \u00abEl Chino\u00bb, y Jos\u00e9 Luis M., alias \u00abEl Chacal\u00bb, quienes ten\u00edan en su poder dos fusiles, municiones y otros elementos relacionados con actividades delictivas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otras pruebas recabadas por la Polic\u00eda son conversaciones telef\u00f3nicas y mensajes de texto que detallan la planificaci\u00f3n para <strong>atentar contra la vida del alcalde de Portoviejo, Javier Pincay.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mediante sus redes sociales <strong>Pincay<\/strong> habl\u00f3 sobre el presunto atentado en <strong>contra su vida <\/strong>y asegur\u00f3 que no se va a detener y que reforzar\u00e1 su seguridad.
