De llegar a concretarse pone un candado al tratamiento de la norma durante un a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Lo que ocurre es que las cuentas no cuadran, la recaudaci\u00f3n anual de impuestos prevista para este a\u00f1o es de USD 15 716 millones, la transferencia directa que corresponde a Municipios, Prefecturas y Juntas Parroquiales es el 21% de ese valor: USD 3 300 millones.
