Jos\u00e9 Chalco, a b o g a d o constitucionalista, explic\u00f3 que el Primer Mandatario debe enviar el proyecto normativo por cada pregunta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Es decir, no puede juntar todas las reformas al COIP y enviarla en un solo paquete, por ejemplo.
