Jos\u00e9 S\u00e1nchez, alcalde del cant\u00f3n Camilo Ponce Enr\u00edquez, fue asesinado durante un ataque armado en el que, seg\u00fan informaci\u00f3n preliminar, tambi\u00e9n habr\u00edan fallecido sus dos acompa\u00f1antes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El prefecto del Azuay, Jota Lloret, confirm\u00f3 v\u00eda X el lamentable suceso. \u201cEntre sollozos e impotencia funcionarios municipales me acaban de corroborar el asesinato a sangre fr\u00eda del compa\u00f1ero alcalde del cant\u00f3n Camilo Ponce Enriquez\u201d, escribi\u00f3 Lloret.
