Sin embargo la Fiscal\u00eda apel\u00f3 aquella decisi\u00f3n y pedir\u00e1 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra Jessica Loor, seg\u00fan el comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Mientras que \u201cPecho Amarillo\u201d y lo otros procesodos est\u00e1n con prisi\u00f3n preventiva por 30 d\u00edas que dura la instrucci\u00f3n fiscal. Este caso se investigar\u00e1 en Quito en una unidad especializada.
