No obstante, por la tarde, otro abogado pidi\u00f3 el diferimiento de la diligencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;\u201cSolicito a su autoridad se tome el testimonio anticipado de los se\u00f1ores Curipallo Emerson y Daniel Salcedo, amparo mi petici\u00f3n en el art\u00edculo 502 numeral 2 del COIP\u201d, dice el documento de la ma\u00f1ana firmado por el jurista Diego Francisco C\u00f3rdova.
