Pabel Cantos Centeno y todo su equipo humano, que con gran capacidad y servicio comunitario realizan un eficiente trabajo de mantenimiento y adecentamiento de varias calles del balneario de San Clemente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este trabajo viene de la mano de la gesti\u00f3n del alcalde de Sucre, el Dr. Carlos Gustavo Mendoza.
