Este martes fueron necesarias dos reuniones para tomar la decisi\u00f3n. en la ma\u00f1ana, en el Consejo de Seguridad de Guayaquil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;La polic\u00eda recomendaba que el evento se suspenda porque tiene un nivel de riesgo del 75% por la inseguridad, adem\u00e1s de la ola de calor que se sinti\u00f3 en la urbe durante los \u00faltimos d\u00edas. Sin embargo, la Arquidi\u00f3cesis de Guayaquil propuso reconsiderar el plan de contingencia, para que se realice el evento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto se hizo por la tarde en la curia arzobispal en el centro de guayaquil. El plan establece cambios para la romer\u00eda este a\u00f1o. Uno de ellos es que se reduzca su duraci\u00f3n. Empezar\u00e1 a las 07:00 y terminar\u00e1 a las 09:30. El arzobispo monse\u00f1or Luis Cabrera pidi\u00f3 que no est\u00e9n ni\u00f1os ni ancianos, e indic\u00f3 que la procesi\u00f3n no se detendr\u00e1 para que pueda concluirse pronto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quedan las dudas si se podr\u00e1 controlar la seguridad en un espacio abierto, en un evento que convoca aproximadamente 500 000 personas.
