Emerson Luna, jefe policial del Distrito Manta, inform\u00f3 que el atacante fue un hombre que circulaba en moto y descarg\u00f3 cinco tiros por el lado del asiento del conductor, ocasionando la muerte de contado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa v\u00edctima recibi\u00f3 cinco tiros de un arma de fuego calibre 9 mil\u00edmetros. Registraba antecedentes por concusi\u00f3n y tenencia ilegal de armas\u201d, explic\u00f3 Luna.
