Dicha distinci\u00f3n fue entregada en la sesi\u00f3n solemne de la Polic\u00eda Nacional por sus 86 a\u00f1os de profesionalizaci\u00f3n y 178 a\u00f1os de institucionalizaci\u00f3n, evento realizado en la Universidad San Gregorio de Portoviejo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la ceremonia, la instituci\u00f3n policial tambi\u00e9n entreg\u00f3 reconocimientos y felicitaciones a miembros policiales por su destacada labor en favor de la ciudadan\u00eda y autoridades provinciales como el Gobernador de Manab\u00ed, Gustavo Aguilar y la fiscal provincial, Karla V\u00e9lez.
