Los allanamientos fueron liderados por agentes de inteligencia de la Unidad Antisecuestros y Extorsi\u00f3n \u201cUNASE\u201d, quienes capturaron a Steven Marcelo Moreira Loor de 18 a\u00f1os de edad y a Jos\u00e9 Marl\u00f3n Sanchez Catagua de 22 a\u00f1os.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9l registra antecedentes penales. De acuerdo al reporte de la Polic\u00eda estuvo preso por el mismo delito hace cuatro meses y recientemente hab\u00eda salido de los calabozos. La Polic\u00eda los acusa de supuestamente exigir pagos de entre cinco a 15 mil d\u00f3lares a comerciantes y ciudadanos a cambio de no atentar contra sus inmuebles.
