El hecho ocurri\u00f3 la ma\u00f1ana de este jueves 29 de febrero en la v\u00eda que conduce a los terrenos de la Refiner\u00eda del Pac\u00edfico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasta el lugar llegaron elementos de la Polic\u00eda y su unidad de Criminal\u00edstica para realizar los procedimientos de ley el levantamiento del cad\u00e1ver. Contexto Cede\u00f1o desapareci\u00f3 luego de acudir al Mall del Pac\u00edfico a dejarle unos alimentos a su esposa, posterior a eso, confirmaron su secuestro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n, su taxi apareci\u00f3 en el barrio 6 de Marzo y en su interior hallaron los zapatos de Cede\u00f1o con manchas de sangre. Las autoridades investigan las circunstancias y el m\u00f3vil de su crimen.
