Con ello las normas de comportamiento que contemplaba el documento no estar\u00e1n vigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su primer mes de Gobierno, Noboa emiti\u00f3 el C\u00f3digo en reemplazo del documento que hab\u00eda emitido su antecesor Guillermo Lasso. En esta normativa se hablaba del nepotismo, uso del avi\u00f3n presidencial y veh\u00edculos, transparencia y acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, entre otros temas.
