Mientras, en la cabecera cantonal m\u00e1s de una decena de calles est\u00e1 bajo el agua. M\u00e1s de ocho cuadras afectadas de arroz, ma\u00edz y gandul. El agua sigue subiendo y los aguaceros no paran.
