Se trata de la propuesta de Ley Org\u00e1nica para Enfrentar el Conflicto Armado Interno, la Crisis Social y Econ\u00f3mica. En ese contexto, Vega dijo que el el IVA entrar\u00e1 en vigencia desde el 1 de abril y no en marzo del presente a\u00f1o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la Legislatura se aprob\u00f3, el pasado 6 de febrero, la Ley para enfrentar el Conflicto Armado Interno. Sin embargo, en el veto, Noboa determin\u00f3 que el IVA pase del 12% al 13% de forma permanente. Adem\u00e1s, este podr\u00e1 incrementarse hasta el 15% previo dictamen favorable del ente rector de las finanzas p\u00fablicas. Eso es lo que el Gobierno busca implementar desde abril.
