Por un lado, oblig\u00e1ndola a cumplir a rajatabla los plazos que debe durar una investigaci\u00f3n previa y, por otro, compartiendo la potestad que tiene para solicitar el cierre de un caso con el propio investigado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el primer caso, la reforma se plantea en estos t\u00e9rminos: \u201cTranscurridos los plazos se\u00f1alados, de no contar con los elementos necesarios para formular cargos, la o el fiscal, en el plazo de diez d\u00edas, de manera obligatoria, solicitar\u00e1 el archivo del caso con el que se cerrar\u00e1 la investigaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La reforma al C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP) que se debate en la Asamblea, contiene un art\u00edculo que, seg\u00fan la Fiscal\u00eda, se entromete en sus funciones.
