El exfuncionario es requerido por la Justicia ecuatoriana por el caso Encuentro, en el que se indaga una red de corrupci\u00f3n en instituciones p\u00fablicas durante el Gobierno de Guillermo Lasso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan informaci\u00f3n preliminar, Luque fue capturado en Palermo, un barrio de Buenos Aires y ser\u00eda enviado a Ecuador pr\u00f3ximamente. El expresidente de la EMCO es uno de los ocho investigados en el caso Encuentro. En este grupo tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 el cu\u00f1ado del expresidente Lasso, Danilo Carrera Drouet, quien hoy cumple arresto domiciliario. La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) acusa a todos de haber cometido delincuencia organizada.
