La iniciativa gubernamental \u00fanicamente obtuvo 43 respaldos durante la votaci\u00f3n del Pleno, registrada este tarde, mientras que 83 legisladores se pronunciaron en contra y nueve se abstuvieron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Esto, sin embargo, no significa que el objetivo del gobierno haya sido desechado por completo. Todav\u00eda le queda el veto parcial. El art\u00edculo propuesto por la bancada oficialista simplemente no reuni\u00f3 los votos para ser aprobado; por lo tanto, el Presidente, como colegislador, puede insistir en su idea, pues si los legisladores hubiesen querido desecharlo, hubieran tenido que mocionar el archivo entero de la ley y eso no ocurri\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u00bfQu\u00e9 podr\u00eda ocurrir?
