No hay los votos para su aprobaci\u00f3n. Corre\u00edsmo, Pachakutik y el Partido Social Cristiano confirmaron que no apoyar\u00e1n que el IVA pase del 12% al 15% hasta el 2026.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La modalidad de votaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 definida. Las cuatro propuestas para financiar el conflicto armado interno se votar\u00e1n una por una. El Corre\u00edsmo ratifica que si se vota art\u00edculo por art\u00edculo, apoyar\u00e1 las otras tres propuestas, excepto el IVA. Una contribuci\u00f3n especial sobre las utilidades de las sociedades, otra sobre las utilidades de los bancos y un incremento a cinco puntos del impuesto a la salida de divisas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Partido Social Cristiano, si bien mantiene que no apoyar\u00e1 el IVA, respaldar\u00e1 la contribuci\u00f3n sobre sociedades, se abstendr\u00e1 en el impuesto a la banca y no dar\u00e1 sus votos para un incremento en el ISD. Los \u00fanicos que no cierran del todo un respaldo al IVA son los asamble\u00edstas de Construye, esperar\u00e1n al \u00faltimo minuto para decidir. El oficialismo reconoce que hasta ahora es dif\u00edcil alcanzar los 70 votos para aprobar el incremento del IVA, que es la propuesta original del Presidente para obtener recursos inmediatos.
