El hecho ocurri\u00f3 este 31 de enero en las calles Mor\u00e1n Valverde y Hugo Ortiz, que quedaron bloqueadas tras el incidente, seg\u00fan el reporte del ECU 911.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasta el lugar llegaron param\u00e9dicos del Cuerpo de Bomberos y efectivos de tr\u00e1nsito realizaron el control vehicular y peatonal para evitar m\u00e1s complicaciones.
