El hecho se registr\u00f3 aproximadamente a las 7h30 de este martes 30 de enero en la Calle J6 y J17 del populoso barrio Jocay, en Manta, provincia de Manab\u00ed. El ataque repercuti\u00f3 en caos por la cercan\u00eda a la escuela Jorge Washington.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varios padres llegaron y retiraron a sus hijos en medio del susto. Los agentes policiales llegaron al sitio para recolectar informaci\u00f3n de lo sucedido. En el lugar qued\u00f3 vestimenta empapada de sangre de la v\u00edctima. Los vecinos ve\u00edan con susto la escena. \u201cNo hay tranquilidad y garant\u00edas en ning\u00fan lado.
