Las juezas Teresa Nuques y Karla Andrade enviaron sus proyectos para votaci\u00f3n del pleno.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Falta el de Carmen Corral. La Corte Constitucional (CC) dividi\u00f3 en dos el segundo paquete de nueve preguntas enviado por el presidente Daniel Noboa para la consulta popular 2024, porque tres implican cambios legales y seis reformas a la constituci\u00f3n, por eso requieren tr\u00e1mites diferentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Con esta decisi\u00f3n, la Corte resuelve tres expedientes, cada uno con una jueza. El primer cuestionario de 10 preguntas est\u00e1 en el despacho de Teresa Nuques quien debe preparar el proyecto y someterlo a votaci\u00f3n del Pleno.
