Hoy se realizar\u00e1 la audiencia de la acci\u00f3n de protecci\u00f3n presentada por Carlos Nahon. Carlos Limongi, para la redacci\u00f3n de STUDIO F\u00daTBOL, explica c\u00f3mo avanza esta situaci\u00f3n: \u00abEs necesario que la gente tenga claro que ma\u00f1ana no se decide si hay o no elecciones en Barcelona\u00bb. \u00abLo que pasar\u00e1 ma\u00f1ana (hoy) es que un juez determinar\u00e1 si hay o no una vulneraci\u00f3n de un derecho que alega un socio. En caso de que el juez crea que hay una vulneraci\u00f3n, puede sugerir una reparaci\u00f3n en la proporci\u00f3n que la ley ordena.
