El actual titular, Iv\u00e1n Saquicela, convocar\u00e1 a votaci\u00f3n antes de ese d\u00eda, asegur\u00e1ndose as\u00ed la presencia de 15 jueces titulares, ya que se necesita m\u00ednimo 12 para que haya cu\u00f3rum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Luego de la elecci\u00f3n de presidente, los magistrados Luis Rivera, Byron Guill\u00e9n, Walter Mac\u00edas y Fabi\u00e1n Racines concluyen su per\u00edodo y dejar\u00e1n la Corte Nacional. Se tom\u00f3 esta decisi\u00f3n luego de dos horas de debate. Daniella Camacho, qui\u00e9n aspira la presidencia, se opuso. La secundaron 3 jueces m\u00e1s, pero la mayor\u00eda vot\u00f3 por la resoluci\u00f3n, incluido Jos\u00e9 Suing, quien tambi\u00e9n aspira a la presidencia y si no hab\u00eda cu\u00f3rum pod\u00eda alcanzarla por ser el m\u00e1s antiguo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la decisi\u00f3n, el cabildeo por la presidencia entra en su fase final a la espera de la fecha para votar.
