Seg\u00fan Angel Cuenca Zornoza, exdirigente barrial, el nombre de la ciudadela se debe a la impresionante vista que ofrece hacia el mar, permitiendo disfrutar de los cruceros que transitan por la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obras: En cuanto a las infraestructuras, el sector dispone de todos los servicios b\u00e1sicos, as\u00ed como de sus primeras calles pavimentadas. Durante el periodo de Jaime Estrada, se llevaron a cabo gestiones para la construcci\u00f3n de un parque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pedidos: A pesar de su evoluci\u00f3n, el sector enfrenta desaf\u00edos notables, como la ausencia de aceras y bordillos. Por esta raz\u00f3n, se hace un llamado a la Alcald\u00eda para que gestione su implementaci\u00f3n.
