En su lugar, nombr\u00f3 a un interventor para continuar al frente del organismo. La corte anul\u00f3 la elecci\u00f3n de Rodrigues por considerar que no fue v\u00e1lida una alteraci\u00f3n de las reglas electorales, la cual hab\u00eda sido introducida poco antes de la votaci\u00f3n. El presidente del Tribunal de Justicia Deportiva de R\u00edo de Janeiro, Jos\u00e9 Perdiz, asumir\u00e1 interinamente la CBF, hasta una nueva elecci\u00f3n prevista en un plazo de 30 d\u00edas para sustituir definitivamente a Rodrigues. La c\u00fapula de la CBF est\u00e1 reunida para evaluar la decisi\u00f3n judicial, sobre la que cabe la posibilidad de recurso.
