Sin embargo, en septiembre, ya comprometi\u00f3 el 104,96% de su presupuesto total debido al incremento del costo de importaci\u00f3n de electricidad y el consumo de los usuarios en medio del estiaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso, la entidad devolvi\u00f3 las facturas que corresponden a la compra de energ\u00eda de octubre, porque su Direcci\u00f3n Financiera en un memorando indic\u00f3 que ya no dispone de presupuesto.
