El presidente de Ecuador, Daniel Noboa Azin, cumplir\u00e1 una agenda en Nueva York el 25 y 26 de junio de 2026, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la Presidencia. El desplazamiento y las actividades ser\u00e1n con fondos privados, sin avi\u00f3n presidencial ni vi\u00e1ticos estatales. La gira busca fortalecer las relaciones diplom\u00e1ticas bilaterales y la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional en seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El jueves 25, de 12:00 a 14:00, Noboa se reunir\u00e1 con Kristi Noem en el marco de \u00abEscudo de las Am\u00e9ricas\u00bb, iniciativa de EE.UU. y Latinoam\u00e9rica contra el crimen organizado transnacional. El viernes 26, de 10:00 a 11:00, dialogar\u00e1 con la comunidad ecuatoriana en EE.UU. para compartir logros y atender inquietudes. Ese d\u00eda, de 18:00 a 20:00, se encontrar\u00e1 con inversionistas y l\u00edderes de sectores estrat\u00e9gicos para promover diversas inversiones y confianza exterior. La Presidencia afirma que esta pol\u00edtica activa y firme tambi\u00e9n consolida alianzas, atrae capitales y refuerza la seguridad, en directo beneficio del desarrollo y bienestar de los ecuatorianos.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t

El proceso electoral rumbo a los comicios de 2027 avanza con la apertura del registro de alianzas, que estar\u00e1 habilitado del 18 de junio al 18 de julio de 2026. Durante este plazo, las organizaciones pol\u00edticas podr\u00e1n conformar alianzas de \u00e1mbito nacional o local, integradas por dos o m\u00e1s agrupaciones, para postular candidaturas conjuntas dentro de una misma circunscripci\u00f3n en las Elecciones Seccionales y del Consejo de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana y Control Social (CPCCS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El tr\u00e1mite se gestiona exclusivamente por v\u00eda virtual, mediante el sistema del Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE). Tras la solicitud, el organismo revisa la documentaci\u00f3n presentada; luego, el expediente pasa al Pleno del CNE o a las Delegaciones Provinciales, seg\u00fan la jurisdicci\u00f3n, para su an\u00e1lisis y aprobaci\u00f3n definitiva. Las alianzas validadas acceden a incentivos legales, como el incremento del 20 % en el presupuesto para promoci\u00f3n electoral, siempre que las integrantes compartan el mismo nivel territorial o electoral.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
